Our workshop runs on a tight schedule and we operate an appointment only service. Once you have contacted me and I have discussed the work required you will be given an allocated date and time for you to drop your bike off. If you cannot make this time please contact me ASAP and we will try to accommodate you. Failure to drop your bike off at the allocated time may cause a delay in getting your job finished. Please contact me using the details below.
On completion of the job I will send you an invoice of the total cost, this must be paid before collection via BACS / Paypal or during collection by cash or card payment. Details will be on the invoice. I will arrange a day and time for collection, again if you cannot make this time please contact me ASAP to re arrange.
